It is ideal to take everything from a varied diet. This can be easily verified by going for tests on vitamins, minerals, trace elements, hormones, …
Another (less reliable) option is to enter meals into the tracking application (cronometer, …), where you can see overviews of vitamins, minerals, ….
For me, it is definitely better to go to the “nutrient” test once / twice a year.
Most people are deficient in some “substances / nutrients”, which is why basic supplementation + additional sports supplements are described below.
This is my current supplementation as well.
Additional sports accessories:
- creatine monohydrate (strength, regeneration, …)
- Glutamine (muscle repair, immunity, digestion, …)
- protein (an additional source for building muscle mass, …)
Specific suplementation:
vitamins, minerals, trace elements:
- Vita Solution (Prom-In)
- Phyrosan magnesium + calcium (jukl)
- Fyrosan zinc (jukl)
Collagen (collagen peptides): Gelatine + (Prom-In)
All sports accessories are from Prom-In: Creatine, Glutamine, Protein (CFM EVOLUTION)

Conclusion
As I wrote in the introduction to the article (for the sake of importance, I will repeat). It is ideal to take all the nutrients from the diet. Dietary Supplements
I take in response to the “unnatural” way of today’s life. In meaning of
“squeezing” the body beyond its nature (demanding physical activity, demanding mental activity, stress, empty diet, …).
Of course, it is ideal to return the body back to balance. I look at food supplements (especially basic ones) as safety net.
At the same time, it should be mentioned that it depends on the form of the supplement, the production technology, the combination of substances in the product, …
(which is not addressed here in general, however, can be deduced from the section on specific supplementation)
